Castiel x Reader - Mistletoe

(Y/N) (Y/LN) had been spying on him for weeks. Spying on him to make sure she could get her timing in perfect order. She spotted the brown-haired angel glance over with his piercing blue eyes and she looked down to her book in her hand, that concealed the mistletoe inside.

Castiel seemed oblivious and looked back to the Winchester brothers as they explained their plan for killing the vengeful ghost within the area they were currently residing in. (Y/N) listened but she knew the Winchesters were gonna do it alone, leaving her with Castiel - helping her plan go forward.

After minutes of the Winchester brothers talking, they finally packed up and left with small goodbyes. (Y/N) watched them leave before glancing to where Castiel was sat, he seemed to be staring at the TV screen, that Dean had left on earlier. (Y/N) smirked devilishly and she gently grabbed the mistletoe. 'Now it's my time to shine.' She thought before slowly and quietly shifting off her seat.

(Y/N) bit her bottom lip in anticipation as she neared closer to the distracted angel with the trench coat. (Y/N) took a deep breath in before blaring out: "Merry Christmas Cas!" She dipped down just in time for the angel to alarmingly turn his head in confusion, and her (L/C) lips smacked gently against his ruff ones and she held the mistletoe over their heads.

Castiel's blue eyes had widened ever-so-slightly but he slowly closed them as he began to return the kiss, much to (Y/N)'s surprise, and they seemed to be kissing forever until (Y/N) needed oxygen. Castiel opened his blue eyes and blinked in silence, (Y/N) couldn't help but giggle at the innocent and confused look he had on his face. "W-what was that?" He asked as she touched his lips with his fingers.

"A kiss, Cas. That was a kiss." (Y/N) smiled softly. He glanced up to see the mistletoe. "And that?" "And that is a mistletoe, Cas." (Y/N) smiled. "It is a Christmas tradition." She said softly and Castiel's mouth twitched into a smile. "C-could I kiss you again...?" He asked innocently and (Y/N) nodded with a gentle smile. "S-sure Cas." They both leaned in for a passionate, deep kiss, their lips moving in sync with one another.
